Question 1

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Book online through Fresha. We take pride in serving every customer promptly — thank you in advance for being on time.

Question 2

Is a deposit required?

Accepted Answer

New customers: a 50% deposit is required at least 24 hours before your appointment, with the balance due upon completion.

Question 3

What if I'm not sure which service to book?

Accepted Answer

Only the service you book will be performed, so we can stay on schedule for the next appointment. Not sure which one fits? Contact us first and we'll help you choose.

Question 4

What if I'm running late?

Accepted Answer

If you're more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled — see the Cancellation Policy below for what happens next. Please give us at least 30–60 minutes notice so we can make adjustments if needed.

Question 5

Can I change, downgrade, or cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Changes, downgrades, and cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment — our cancellation window. Downgrading (for example, not having the full combo service you booked) will incur a minimum $5 charge. Fresha now has in-app messaging, which is a great way to let us know about any changes.

Question 6

How do recurring appointments work?

Accepted Answer

Limited slots are available for recurring appointments. They're booked every 3 weeks, same day and time, once you've completed 2 consecutive visits on that schedule. Should you cancel a recurring appointment, you may need to wait for the next available opening to resume the series.

Question 7

Will my appointment be confirmed automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes — only a Fresha confirmation guarantees your appointment. You'll get a confirmation the moment you book, a reminder 3 days out, and a final reminder 1 hour before — please keep your email current. NOTE: a verbal request alone doesn't guarantee an appointment.

Question 8

What happens when I arrive at the studio?

Accepted Answer

When you arrive, simply send us a message that says "I'm here" — and we'll let you know as soon as we're ready for you.

Question 9

What if there's no availability for the time I want?

Accepted Answer

Fresha has a waitlist feature — join it and you'll be notified by email and WhatsApp the moment that slot becomes available.

Question 10

What happens if I cancel late or don't show?

Accepted Answer

Failing to cancel in time means full payment for the missed service is required before your next appointment — and payment for that next appointment must also be made in advance.

Question 11

What if this happens more than once?

Accepted Answer

After 2 no-shows or no-calls, your recurring appointment series will be canceled, and full payment will be required at the time of booking for any future appointments.

Question 12

Who can visit the studio?

Accepted Answer

Harmony Nail Studio is an adult environment — we welcome customers 18 years and older. Children are not permitted, and only customers receiving service are allowed in the service area.

Question 13

Do I need to disclose allergies or health conditions?

Accepted Answer

Please let us know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, open wounds, infections, or relevant health conditions (including pregnancy) before your service, so we can take the right precautions and recommend the best service for you.

Question 14

What if I'm not feeling well?

Accepted Answer

If you're not feeling well, cancel online and reschedule. If you're within the 12-hour cancellation window, the system won't allow you to cancel or reschedule online — in that case, please contact us directly.
