Cancellation Policy
💼 Walkthrough Call Policy Applies to all BASIC, PRO and VIP Setup Plans 🔹 What the Walkthrough Is For Your walkthrough call is a one-on-one support session included with your paid setup. It’s designed to ensure you understand how to use your Fresha booking system confidently and effectively. We’ll cover: ☑️ Navigating your Fresha dashboard ☑️ Managing appointments, availability, and service edits ☑️ Sending and updating client policies ☑️ Answering questions specific to your setup ⏰ Duration by Plan: BASIC: 15 minutes PRO: 20 minutes VIP: 30 minutes (includes onboarding strategy tips) You’ll receive your scheduling link once your setup is complete. 📅 Rescheduling & No-Shows We value your time — and ours! Please reschedule at least 6 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. No-shows or late arrivals (10+ minutes late) may forfeit the call or require a rescheduling fee. This helps us stay fair and available for all clients. 🔄 One Call Per Setup Each setup package includes one walkthrough call.
