Please review the following policy before booking your coaching session: 1. Service Overview My coaching services are designed to support nail technicians, salon owners, and educators in creating sustainable business models, leveraging automation, and growing their income. Each session is tailored to your unique goals and challenges. 2. Booking & Payments Coaching sessions must be booked in advance using the provided scheduling link. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. If you miss your session without notice, the session will be considered used and no refund or credit will be issued. 4. Refund Policy Due to the nature of personalized coaching, all sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you encounter technical issues or extenuating circumstances, please reach out — alternative arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Client Commitment Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your willingness to take action on the strategies and recommendations provided. I’ll provide tools and guidance, but your implementation determines your outcomes. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during our sessions remains strictly confidential. Your business details, client information, and personal goals will never be disclosed without your consent. 7. Technology & Materials You’ll gain access to resources, templates, and strategies that complement your coaching sessions. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed. 8. Limitation of Guarantee I’m committed to providing strategies that have helped my clients succeed.
