• Nail care and enhancement services - Certified Nail Technician 2003 Beauty Schools of America

• AI training - specifically Chat GPT

• Social Media Marketing

• Lead Generation - NailTechnicians

All services are provided based on the specific scope of work agreed upon during the engagement process.

3. Client Responsibilities - To ensure successful implementation of our services, clients agree to:

 

• Provide accurate, complete information as requested by Harmony Nail Studio to deliver services.

• Respond promptly to requests for information, feedback, and approvals to ensure timely project completion.

• Understand that project timelines and results depend on the level of participation and timely feedback provided by the client.

4. Payments and Fees - All fees for services are outlined in our pricing agreements and are payable according to the terms discussed with you.

 

• Payment Terms: Services must be paid for based on the schedule agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Refunds: All payments made to Harmony Nail Studio are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

• Confidentiality - Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of business.

• Intellectual Property - Any content, strategies, or deliverables provided by Harmony Nail Studio (and its subsidiaries) remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harmony Nail Studio (and its subsidiaries)  will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, data loss, or business interruption.

 

• Harmony Nail Studio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or outcomes of the services provided.

7. Service Availability and Modifications - We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

• We also reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

8. Client Data and Privacy - We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and store your information.

 

9. Termination of Service - Harmony Nail Studio reserves the right to terminate your access to services if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for payments already made.

 

• You may terminate your service by providing written notice to us. Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.

 

10. Governing Law - These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

 

11. Dispute Resolution - Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be subject to mediation or arbitration. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court located in Miami, Florida.
