  • Do you offer gel-only services?
    Yes. We are an exclusive Gel Nail Salon.
  • What if I am wearing acrylic with gel polish?

BOOKING POLICY

My name is Anjanette. 

I am a Certified Nail Technician since 2003 (Beauty Schools of America,

Hialeah Florida). Also a Certified Gel Nail Instructor (Akzentz Certified Educator 2009). In 2010 Harmony Nail Studio was opened and we have been providing gel nail services by appointment only since opening. This method has proven favorable and convenient to our valued customers as it allows us to provide services in a timely manner with little to no wait time. HARMONY NAIL STUDIO was founded on the passion to provide exemplary nail care services and to lead by example when it comes to service. The following outlines our policy and how together we can establish a long lasting relationship.

​ABOUT APPOINTMENTS: Our business model ensures you are served at a standard second to none.

  • To engage our services, please schedule an appointment via our scheduling site, HERE

  • We take pride in serving all customers promptly, so let me say in advance, ‘thank you for being on time’.

  • Only the service booked will be performed. This allows us to be on time with subsequent appointments.  All services are allotted a specific time frame, so please be sure you booked the correct service.  If you are not sure which service best suits your needs, feel free to CONTACT US

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late (without notice), your appointment may be canceled. *Please note the cancellation policy below

  • If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so online.  Follow the instructions within the appointment confirmation email.

  • If, for any reason, you would like/need to ‘downgrade’ your service, please adjust the service online.

  • Recurring appointments - are booked every 3 weeks, same day and time (only after attending 2 consecutive 3-week intervals).  This arrangement will only be considered if you are able to meet that criteria. Should you want/have to reschedule a recurring appointment, a change may result in the cancellation of the series and you may have to wait for the next appointment in the series (ie 3 weeks later unless an earlier appointment is available and preferred).

  • A verbal appointment request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are only confirmed with a Fresha automated confirmation.

  • Confirmation email is sent immediately when the appointment is booked.  Reminders are sent 3 days in advance of the appointment and the final reminder 1 hour prior to your appointment.  Please use your active email when prompted, as all communication will be sent to that address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation is required at least 12 hours before your appointment.

  • Failure to cancel within the specified time, FULL PAYMENT OF the service missed will be required prior to receiving the next service.  Access to online scheduling may also be suspended. After 2 instances of no-show and/or no-call, access to online scheduling will not be permitted.  Also, all future (recurring if applicable) appointments will be canceled.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  • PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT

  • When an appointment is scheduled, it is reserved for you alone. It’s not only an inconvenience to us but also anyone else waiting for an appointment.  Please cancel within the specified period or reschedule using the options noted in the confirmation email.

  • NEW CUSTOMERS: A deposit of 50% is required at least 24 hours before service time.  The balance will be due upon completion of the service.  Payment Options are noted below.

  • To ensure the continued success of HARMONY NAIL STUDIO, payment in full is expected upon completion of services rendered.

Should you not show or cancel (last minute), it’s not only an inconvenience to us but also to anyone else waiting for an appointment.  To ensure the continued success of HARMONY NAIL STUDIO, payment in full is expected upon completion of services rendered.

HARMONY NAIL STUDIO is an adult environment.  We welcome customers 16 years of age and older. Absolutely, no children allowed.  Only customers are allowed in the service area.   

No Food:  To avoid infestation of insects, and to keep the environment clean, comfortable, and free of food odor, food is not allowed.

HARMONY NAIL STUDIO is licenced with THE GRAND BAHAMA PORT AUTHORITY and Registered with The Government of The Bahamas.  We appreciate your business and your cooperation.  We look forward to building a lasting relationship with all of our customers.
