This 1-on-1 walkthrough session is included in your paid Fresha Setup Plan. We’ll guide you through your new booking system so you can feel confident using it every day. ✅ Learn how to manage appointments, policies, and availability ✅ Get answers to your setup questions ✅ Know exactly how to update your services and use your client tools ✅ Leave the session knowing you’re in full control of your system Please only book this session after receiving your setup completion email. Cancellation Policy
💼 Walkthrough Call Policy Applies to all BASIC, PRO and VIP Setup Plans 🔹 What the Walkthrough Is For Your walkthrough call is a one-on-one support session included with your paid setup. It’s designed to ensure you understand how to use your Fresha booking system confidently and effectively. We’ll cover: ☑️ Navigating your Fresha dashboard ☑️ Managing appointments, availability, and service edits ☑️ Sending and updating client policies ☑️ Answering questions specific to your setup ⏰ Duration by Plan: BASIC: 15 minutes PRO: 20 minutes VIP: 30 minutes (includes onboarding strategy tips) You’ll receive your scheduling link once your setup is complete. 📅 Rescheduling & No-Shows We value your time — and ours! Please reschedule at least 6 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. No-shows or late arrivals (10+ minutes late) may forfeit the call or require a rescheduling fee. This helps us stay fair and available for all clients. 🔄 One Call Per Setup Each setup package includes one walkthrough call. If you’d like additional support after your walkthrough, you may book a Clarity & Support Call or explore our membership options. 💡 Pro Tip Have your login info ready and use a laptop (if possible) so you can follow along and ask questions live. 💬 Questions?
