Please review this training policy carefully—everything you need to know is right here. 📌 Who These Trainings Are For: Licensed nail techs or current beauty school students (proof may be required). Beginners who want solid, guided training. Professionals ready to refresh or elevate their skills through private instruction. 🧾 What’s Included in Your One-on-One Training: Each private training session includes: ☑️ Personalized, hands-on instruction at your pace. ☑️ Live demonstrations followed by guided practice. ☑️ A detailed workbook or digital guide to keep. ☑️ Product and tool knowledge with pro tips. ☑️ Certificate of Completion (issued after passing final assessment). ☑️ Post-training support via email or private chat group (where applicable). 📅 Booking, Deposits & Payments: Private trainings are by appointment only. 👉🏽 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date. 👉🏽 The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before class. 👉🏽 If the balance is not paid by the deadline, your date must be rescheduled to next availability 👉🏽 Payment plans are not available for 1-on-1 training at this time. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🧰 What to Bring: A supply list will be emailed once your deposit is confirmed.
